		<description>Yes far too long the average employee will either skim or give up - reminds me of the 80s management consultancy style of strategy doc - I suppose for people playing the big game for the first time it may seem fresh thinking. I wonder how often it will get updated - it must have taken a while for them to put together and right as some of the stuff seems, the real world of people at different levels do not function that way. Like most teams particularly over 100 people there is always compromise based on attractiveness in the market and your point on the curve in that market. It will of course appeal to advisors and any ex corporate/consultancy types making their early entrepreneurial play.</description>
