As for Service Cloud, usually “there's fluff in them thar clouds”. But the screen shots are killer. Has anyone seen a functioning demo?

While the socialprise concept (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialprise) was initially applied to sales, specifically SFA, a natural extension would be the customer support side of the house (i.e. CRM vs. strictly SFA).
