I see this not only as a maturing of the organisation but a maturing of the management capabilities and leadership in the company.  I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if there are a few noted departures because they are unable to adjust to the new focus and maturity.

I suspect that Marissa Mayer is a candidate for this.  But we shall see.</description>

  2) it gives the engineers the opportunity to solve niggles
