I suppose they are going to make a test card similar to the old BBC test card.

If we follow the complaints of late about the static nature of Second Life’s servers, this is about the only TV action they will be able to broadcast :0)

In-world TV is a good idea as SL related Newspaper.
A world needs coverage. Probably a new playground for blogging too.
